Getting started

Creator is a video editor for one job: cutting music videos from many takes. It reads your videos and photos from Crate, works on light proxies so editing stays fast, and exports from your originals.

Sign in

Creator is in private beta. Sign in with the account the owner invited; the first time, Creator asks for your name and the defaults for new projects.

Connect Crate

Creator reads your takes from Crate. Connect it in Settings → Connections. Creator only reads your library; it never changes or deletes anything in Crate.

Your first project

Create a project, choose a format (9:16 vertical is the default), set the song and add your takes. The music video workflow explains the rest.
